Nothing waits
alone.
Between a customer saying yes and driving off in the car, they pass through sales, the desk, F&I, and prep. Cardinal Relay watches that whole handoff and tells the right person the moment someone's been sitting too long.
In pilot at Deacon Jones Kia, Goldsboro NC
One clock that matters more than the rest
A deal has a dozen timers running at once. Relay keeps them all, but it only interrupts anyone for the one that actually predicts a lost customer: how long since someone last touched this deal.
Amber
The salesperson gets a quiet nudge. Most waits end here, before anyone else needs to know.
Red
The desk sees it. Someone with the authority to actually move the deal now knows it's stuck, not just the person who sold it.
Unanswered red
It escalates again, up to the general manager. A customer never sits forgotten because one person got busy.
Built for the room, not just the report
Three views of the same live data, each shaped for where it's actually looked at.
The tower board
Every deal in progress, on the showroom TV. Nobody has to ask what's moving and what's stuck, it's already up on the wall.
The desk console
The desk and F&I see the same board with the tools to actually act on it: reassign, push a stage, flag a hold.
The phone view
Each salesperson sees their own deals and gets pushed an alert the moment one of theirs needs them, no app-checking required.
Reports that hold up
Where time actually goes, stage by stage, and which deals walked during the wait. Print, PDF, talking points, or raw CSV.
Everyone sees what they need, nothing else
Sales & BDC
Their own deals, their own alerts. Signed in for 90 days, no re-login mid-shift.
Desk & F&I
Every deal in the building, with the authority to move any of them.
Sales Manager, GM, Owner
Full floor visibility, plus History, Reports, and exports.
Admin
Everything above, plus Settings and the Test console.
What we choose not to collect
Relay only needs enough to identify a deal in a room full of people, not enough to be a liability if it were ever lost.
A first name and a last initial
No phone numbers, no addresses, no credit data. Enough to say "Sarah M." out loud, nothing more.
A stock number, not a VIN
Deals are tracked by the number already written on the windshield.
No texting from the app
Relay drafts nothing to a customer. Every message a rep sends still comes from the store's own number, the way it always has.
What it costs
Priced per rooftop, based on how many deals move through delivery in a month. A real number comes after the assessment, not before.
- A free pilot first. Two weeks baseline with alerts off, then six weeks live, then a written readout of what changed.
- Month to month. No contract. Stop whenever it stops earning its keep.
- Your numbers, not ours. Measured against your own baseline. If nothing moves, you'll hear that from us first.
Find out if this is the right fix first
About ten minutes of questions on how your store actually handles the sold-to-delivered handoff. We read it and tell you honestly whether Relay would help.
